Product has quality issues or is damaged during shipping.

Personal reasons (e.g., dislike, change of mind, etc.)

  1. Opened/Tried Items are Also Accepted for Returns

We understand that pajamas are worn close to the skin, therefore:

Opened or tried-on items are also eligible for returns.

Items must be in basically intact condition, without obvious stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.

We recommend keeping the original packaging and tags (if still present).

Please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests submitted after this period may not be processed.
